基于鸟兽物种名录分析不同物种多样性的相关性*

摘要:
鸟类和兽类的物种数量在地理空间尺度上具有一定的相关关系,且二者与其高级分类单元之间也具有一定的相关关系,这些规律在野生动物保护和恢复中都具有较高的应用价值。然而,这些规律形成的内在机制却鲜有研究。研究利用我国 16 个动物地理亚区中现有的鸟兽物种名录数据,分析了鸟、兽各物种在属中的频次分布规律,并对获得的属中分布频次规律在每一亚区分别进行公式拟合,利用协方差分析对各亚区鸟类与兽类进行回归直线的比较。结果显示,在一定地理空间尺度上,鸟、兽的各物种数量相关性是由其在属中的频次分布规律的一致性决定。

Correlation Analysis of Different Species Diversity Based on Bird and Mammal Species List

Abstract:
In certain geographical spatial scales, the number of species has a certain relationship with that of birds and mammals, and there is also a correlation between species and their higher taxons. The rules have important value in wile animal protection and recovery, but there are few studies on the mechanism of these rules. In our study, species data of birds and mammals in 16 zoological subregions in China were used to analyze the rule of species frequency distribution in each genus and fitted with a formula in each subregion. Then, covariance analysis was used in comparing the regression straight line of birds and mammals in each subregion. The results showed that the quantitative correlation of birds and mammals was determined by the consistency of their frequency distribution in the genus at a certain geographical spatial scale.
