湿加松产脂量及松节油主要成分含量与生长性状相关性分析*

摘要:
湿加松 Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea 是华南地区主要松脂原料树种之一,为了解湿加松松脂产量和松节油主要成分与生长性状的关系,研究以 41 株 11 年生湿加松种质为试材,采用每木检尺及气相色谱分析法,对湿加松生长量、产脂量、松节油主要成分进行了测定分析。结果表明:湿加松胸径与月产脂量相关性较高,树高与微产脂量相关性较高。湿加松种质间松节油主要成分含量变异大,胸径、树高与 α- 蒎烯含量极显著正相关;α- 蒎烯含量与 β- 蒎烯含量呈显著负相关,与 β- 水芹烯含量呈极显著负相关;β- 蒎烯含量与 β- 水芹烯含量呈极显著负相关。α- 蒎烯含量分别是 β- 蒎烯含量和 β- 水芹烯含量的 3.16 倍、3.05 倍。

Correlation Analysis of Resin Yield and Main Components of Turpentine with Growth Traits of Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea

Abstract:
Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea is one of the main species for resin raw materials in the South China. To understand the relationship between resin yield and main components of turpentine and growth traits of this species, 41 P. elliottii×P. caribaea germplasms of 11-year-old were collected for measuring the growth, resin yield and main components of turpentine by using each wood gauging and gas chromatographic analysis in this study. The results suggested that there were high correlations between the diameter at breast height (DBH) and the monthly yield of resin, with high correlations between the tree height and the micro yield of resin. Significant variations were found in the main components of turpentine among the germplasms of P. elliottii×P. caribaea.Meanwhile, DBH and tree height showed highly significant positive correlations with the content of α-pinene. In the meantime, there were significant negative correlations between content of α-pinene and β-pinene, with highly significant negative correlations between content of β-pinene and α-pinene. In addition, the content of β-pinene exhibited highly significant negative correlations with the content of β-phellandrene. The results also showed that the content of α-pinene was 3.16 and 3.05 times that of β-pinene and β-phellandrene, respectively. This study could provide references for the breeding of P. elliottii×P. caribaea for resin-wood dual-purpose.
