油茶饼粕经3种霉菌发酵后养分对比

摘要:
以毛霉 Mucor roxianus、哈茨木霉 Trichoderma harzianum 和黑曲霉 Aspergillus niger 3 种霉菌为发酵菌种材料,比较分析未脱茶皂素油茶饼粕在不同温度(20、30、40 ℃)和含水量(40%、50%、60%、70%)下固态发酵后养分变化。结果显示不同发酵条件对未脱茶皂素油茶饼粕的主要养分有很大影响。接种黑曲霉和毛霉,在 20 ℃,含水量 40%~50% 条件下,其有效氮较发酵前提高 25%~39%;而在有效磷方面,黑曲霉和木霉在含水量 40% 条件下发酵较发酵前有 56%~64% 增幅;接种黑曲霉和木霉,在 20 ℃,含水量 40%~60% 条件下发酵的有效钾含量较发酵前增加 8%~11%。从试验结果来看,采用黑曲霉、含水量为 50% 时,对油茶饼粕的固态发酵总体养分具有较好的整体促进作用。

Nutrient Comparions of Three Fungi Fermenta in Oil-tea Cake (Camellia oleifera) after Fermentation

Abstract:
Using Mucor roxianus, Trichoderma harzianum and Aspergillus niger as fermentation strains, the nutrient changes of non tea saponin oil tea cake were compared under different temperatures (20, 30, 40 ℃ ) and water content (40%, 50%, 60%, 70%) by solid-state fermentation. Results showed that different fermentation conditions had great influence on the main nutrients of Camellia oleifera meal. When A. niger and M. roxianus were inoculated at 20℃ and water content of 40%-50%, the available nitrogen increased by 25%-39% compared with that before fermentation. In terms of available phosphorus, A. niger and T. harzianum increased 56%-64% after fermentation at 40% water content. When inoculated with A. niger and T. harzianum, the content of available potassium increased by 8% -11% compared with that before fermentation at 20 ℃ and water content of 40%-60%. According to the results of the three factors set up in this experiment, A. niger could significantly promote the transformation of total nutrients in the solid-state fermentation of C. oleifera cake when the water content was 50%.
