美丽异木棉皮刺特征变异分析

摘要:
通过研究美丽异木棉Chorisia speciosa无性系树干皮刺类型,选择不同皮刺类型的无性系开展控制授粉并培育子代苗木,对子代苗木皮刺数量、长度、直径,苗木高度、地径和冠幅进行调查。结果表明:美丽异木棉亲本无性系皮刺平均长度和平均直径分别达到0.95和0.60 cm,皮刺占植株表面积的0.02%~9.46%,平均为2.25%;不同杂交组合苗木(子代)无刺植株分别占6.67%~33.33%,有刺植株皮刺的平均数量、平均长度、平均直径、占植株表面积、不同子代的苗高、冠幅和地径均有显著性差异(P<0.05),子代苗木皮刺占植株表面积0.82%~3.99%,皮刺数量、皮刺长度、皮刺直径和皮刺占表面积比例的遗传力均达到0.838以上,有刺植株的苗高和地径生长量分别比无刺植株大24.13%~155.13%和10.66%~83.33%。这表明,杂交子代皮刺及生长性状存在较广泛的变异,选择潜力较大。

Variation Analysis of Prickle Characteristics of Chorisia speciosa

Abstract:
By studying the types of prickles on the trunk of Chorisia speciosa clones, the clones with different prickle types were selected as parents and controlled-pollination were performed. The progenies were cultivated, and their prickle number, prickle length, prickle diameter, seedling height, ground diameter and crown width were investigated. The results showed that the mean prickle length and mean diameter of C. speciosa clones were 0.95 cm and 0.60 cm, respectively. The prickle area were ranged in 0.02%-9.46% of the plant surface area, with the average of 2.25%. The non-prickle seedlings in different families accounted for 6.78% to 33.33%. Significant differences were observedin mean prickle number, prickle length, prickle diameter, prickle area ratio, seedling height, crown width and ground diameter between different families (P < 0.05) . The prickle area ratio ranged from 0.82% to 3.99%. The heritability of prickle traits were all larger than 0.838. The seedlings with prickles were 24.13%-155.13% larger in height and 10.66%-83.33% larger in ground diameter than those of nonprickle seedlings, respectively. The results indicate that there are wide variations in the prickles and growth traits in hybrid offspring.
