丹霞梧桐引种发育适应性研究

摘要:
研究通过测定深圳梧桐山森林公园 4 个不同引种试验点的丹霞梧桐 Firmiana danxiaensis 叶片光合性状,分析不同光合性状的相关性以及各光合性状对叶片净光合速率的影响。结果表明:A1、A2、 B 样点的 Pn、Gs、Ci、Tr 值均显著高于 C 样点,C 样点的 WUE 高于其它样点。Pn 与 Gs、Ci、Tr 3 个参数均呈现极显著正相关,而与 WUE 相关性不显著。线性回归结果显示,所有样点中,Gs、Tr 对于 Pn 的拟合度最高。因此,相较于山谷中的 C 样点,A1、A2、B 样点更适宜引种种植丹霞梧桐。在引种时,应该考虑小气候环境,选择光照较为充足的地区作为丹霞梧桐的最适宜的引种区域,可以有效避免引种中的盲目性,提高引种的成功率。

Study on Adaptability of Introduced Species of Firmiana danxiaensis

Abstract:
In this study, the photosynthetic traits of Firmiana danxiaensis leaves in four different experimental sites of Wutongshan Forest Park in Shenzhen were measured to analyze the correlation of different photosynthetic traits and the effect of each photosynthetic trait on the net photosynthetic rate of leaves. The results showed that the Pn, Gs, Ci and Tr values of A1, A2 and B were significantly higher than those of C samples, and the WUE of C was higher than that of other samples. Pn was significantly positively correlated with Gs, Ci and Tr, but not significantly correlated with WUE. The linear regression results show that Gs and Tr have the highest fitting degree for Pn among all sample points. Therefore, compared with sample site C in the valley, sample sites A1, A2 and B are more suitable for the introduction and planting of F. danxiaensis. In the introduction of F. danxiaensis, the microclimate environment should be taken into consideration, and the most suitable introduction area with sufficient illumination should be selected, which can effectively avoid blindness in the introduction and improve the success rate of the introduction.
