研究通过对比不同硒源处理中竹荪 Dictyophora echinovolvata 硒子实体营养成分含量差异,探
讨不同硒源对竹荪子实体中营养成分含量的影响。试验设置纳米硒、富硒氨基酸液肥、螯合硒 3 种硒源,
每种硒源选择 5、10 mg/L 2 种施用浓度。结果表明:施用 5 mg/L 的富硒氨基酸液肥利于促进竹荪子实体
中蛋白质的合成,施用 5 mg/L 的富硒氨基酸液肥、10 mg/L 螯合硒利于竹荪子实体中粗多糖的合成,施
用 10 mg/L 纳米硒利于竹荪子实体中硒元素的吸收存储,施用 10 mg/L 的螯合硒和纳米硒竹荪子实体中
氨基酸总量较大,施用 5 mg/L 纳米硒可以有效提高竹荪子实体中风味氨基酸占氨基酸总量的比例,施用
10 mg/L 螯合硒、5 mg/L 纳米硒后可以有效提高竹荪的抗氧化功能。 |

To compared the influence of different selenium source treatments on nutritional composition in
fruiting body of Dictyophora echinovolvata, the affect of nutrient composition of D. echinovolvata with different
selenium sources was explored. Nano selenium, selenium-enriched fertilizer with amino acid and chelated
selenium were chosen, and 5, 10 mg/L of each selenium source were designed. The results showed that applying
5 mg/L selenium-enriched fertilizer with amino acid would promote the synthesis of protein in fruiting body of
D. echinovolvata. Applying 5 mg/L selenium-enriched fertilizer with amino acid and 10 mg/L chelated selenium
would promote the synthesis of coarse polysaccharide. Applying 10 mg/L nano selenium would conducive to the
absorb and store of selenium. The total amount of amino acids applied with 10 mg/L nano selenium and chelated
selenium was the largest. The content of flavoured amino acids in fruiting body of D. echinovolvata was increased
by applying 5 mg/L chelated selenium. The application of 5 mg/L nano selenium or 10 mg/L chelated selenium
could effectively improve the antioxidant function of D. echinovolvata. This study might be helpful to provide a
useful reference for cultivate to selenium-enriched and selenium choosen of D. echinovolvata. |
