尾叶桉在不同试验地内早期生长性状测定

摘要:
为探索不同试验地、不同水肥梯度及其组合对尾叶桉Eucalyptus urophylla在不同时间段苗木早期生长的影响,进而评选优良无性系。以尾叶桉3月生幼苗为研究对象,采用正交设计开展盆栽试验,连续7个月测量其树高、地径和冠幅。用方差分析和基因型值进行生长指标和优良无性系的选择。结果表明所有试验地内不同处理条件下的尾叶桉树高、地径和冠幅的差异显著(P<0.05),且大部分生长性状在人工控制条件下水分、养分、水分与养分间互作以及无性系间达到显著或极显著水平(P<0.05)。所有试验地内苗木在中水高肥(土壤相对含水量40%~60%,钙镁磷肥250 g+复合肥150 g)和高水中肥(土壤相对含水量60%~80%,钙镁磷肥250 g)处理下生长较好。在广州(粤中)试验地内评选了4个优良无性系(G16、G29、G18和G20),7月生树高、地径和冠幅增加了11.64 cm、0.71 mm和7.07 cm;在阳江(粤西)试验地内评选了2个优良无性系(Y31和Y49),7月生树高、地径和冠幅增加了14.87 cm、1.61 mm和6.35 cm;在韶关(粤北)试验地评选了3个优良无性系(S29、S21和S18),7月生树高、地径和冠幅增加了12.64 cm、1.24 mm和13.31 cm。这些新选育无性系与目前生产上广泛推广的无性系相比,早期表现优良。

Determination of Early Growth Traits for Eucalyptus urophylla in Different Experimental Sites

Abstract:
In order to explore the effects of different experimental sites and select excellent clones, water and fertilizer gradients and their combinations on early growth of Eucalyptus urophylla seedlings in different time periods. 3-month-old seedlings were treated by pot experiment based on the orthogonal design, and height, ground diameter and crown width were measured for seven months. The growth index analysis and selected clones were carried out by analysis of variance and genotype values. The results showed that there were significant differences in height, ground diameter and crown width of E. urophylla under different treatment conditions in all experimental sites, and most of the growth traits reached significant or extremely significant levels under water, fertilizer, interaction between waters and nutrients, and clones (P<0.05). The seedlings grew better in treatment middle water and high nutrient (soil relative water content in 40%-60%, calcium-magnesia phosphate fertilizer 250 g and compound fertilizer 150 g) and high water and middle nutrient (soil relative water content in 60%-80%, calcium-magnesia phosphate fertilizer 250 g) in three experimental sites. Four superior clones (G16, G29, G18 and G20) were selected in Guangzhou (central Guangdong), and the average values of height, ground diameter and crown width were increased by 11.64 cm, 0.71 mm and 7.07 cm; Two superior clones (Y31 and Y49) were selected in Yangjiang (west Guangdong), and the average values of height, ground diameter and crown width were increased by 14.87 cm、1.61 mm and 6.35 cm; Three superior clones (S29, S21 and S18) were selected in Shaoguan (northern Guangdong), and the average values of height, ground diameter and crown width were increased by 12.64 cm, 1.24 mm and 13.31 cm. These selected clones performed well in the early stage when comparing with the widely using clones.
