湿加松Pinus elliottii × P. caribaea 及其母本湿地松P. elliottii 是我国南方重要的脂材两用商品林树种。研究通过比较二者松脂成分与特性的差异,分析湿加松成为广东采脂优势树种的潜力。以广东台山种子园20 年生的湿地松与湿加松子代测定林为材料,割脂采集松脂样品,通过气相色谱-质谱技术分析二者松脂成分差异;同时,通过高压蒸汽蒸馏松脂获得松香和松节油,并将以上的松香进行深加工获得138# 和145# 松香树脂,以及其调配得到的苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS),并根据标准测定松香得率与软化点,以了解深加工产品的物理性质。湿加松与湿地松松脂成分的含量存在差异,其中β- 蒎烯、β- 水芹烯、海松酸、去氢枞酸和枞酸呈显著性差异。湿加松的β- 水芹烯、去氢枞酸和枞酸含量高于湿地松,而β- 蒎烯和海松酸含量低于湿地松。两者的松香软化点存在显著差异,并且湿加松的松香软化点高于湿地松。湿加松与湿地松松脂的主要成分一致但相对含量存在差异,说明湿加松松脂具备母本湿地松松脂的特性;此外,湿加松的松香软化温度高于湿地松,其调配的SIS 具备更好的耐低温性能和增粘性,具有潜在的应用价值。 |

The Difference of Resin Composition and Characteristics between Pinus elliottii and P.elliottii × P. caribaea |

Pinus elliottii×P. caribaea and its female parent P. elliottii are the important commercial tree species producing resin and timber. This research analyzes whether P. elliottii×P. caribaea has the potential to be the dominant tree species which produces resin in Guangdong province. In this research, the resins of P. elliottii×P. caribaea hybrids and P. elliottii trees, which were planted in Hongling Seed Orchard, Taishan, Guangdong province twenty years ago, were collected to analyze the composition by GC-MS. Those resins were used to separate rosin and turpentine by the distillation process to calculate the yield of rosins between the hybrid and its female parent and measure the softening point. The rosin was further processed to obtain 138# rosin resin and
145# rosin resin that the styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) are respectively synthesized. The rosin yield and softening point and the physical properties of the products were determined according to the standard. There are significant difference in content of resin compositions and softening point of rosin between P. elliottii × P. caribaea and P.
elliottii, such as β-pinene, β-phellandrene, pimaric acid, abietic acid and dehydroabietic acid. The contents of
β-phellandrene, abietic acid and dehydroabietic acid in the hybrid are higher than that of P. elliottii, while thecontents of β-pinene and pimaric acid are lower than those in P. elliottii. The main components of the resin of P.elliottii × P. caribaea and P. elliottii are the same, and the relative contents are different, indicating that the resin of P. elliottii has the excellent characteristics of the female parent. Furthermore, the rosin softening point of P.elliottii × P. caribaea is higher than that of P. elliottii, and the SIS gel of P. elliottii × P. caribaea has better lowtemperature resistance capability and increasing viscidity, which has potential application value. |
