怀集县森林防火远程视频监控系统的设计与实现

摘要:
远程林火视频监控系统是怀集县森林重点火险区综合治理三期工程的建设重点。怀集县远 程林火视频监控系统由林火视频监控前端、传输网络和后端监测中心的组成,设计了各组成部分的功 能,并对系统的建设与实现进行了详述。系统共建设了 36 处林火监控视频前端,监测范围覆盖了全县 1 200 km2 的林地。系统投入使用后,森林火灾受害率从 2014 年的 0.43‰ 下降到 2017 年后的 0.01‰ 以 下,极大提高了怀集县森林防火预警监测及应急处置能力,有效降低了森林火灾隐患。

Design and Implementation of the Forest Fire Remote Video Monitoring System of Huaiji County

Abstract:
Forest fire remote video monitoring system is the key to the construction of the third phase of the comprehensive management of key forest fire danger areas in Huaiji county. Huaiji forest fire remote video monitoring system is composed of front-end monitoring equipment, transmission network and back-end monitoring center. The functions of each component are designed, and the construction and implementation of the system are detailed. 36 front-end monitoring equipment were built in the system, and the monitoring range covered 1 200 km2 of forest land in the whole county. After the system was put into use, the damage rate of forest fires dropped from 0.43‰ in 2014 to below 0.01‰ after 2017. The system greatly improves the forest fire prevention early-warning monitoring and emergency response capabilities in Huaiji county, and effectively reduces the forest fire hazards.
