香花崖豆藤组织培养技术

摘要:
以香花崖豆藤(Millettia dielsiana)茎段为外植体,通过双因素试验和正交试验分别对茎段腋 芽增殖、生根的影响因素进行筛选,建立了香花崖豆藤的快速繁殖体系。结果表明:香花崖豆藤茎段腋 芽增殖培养最佳培养基为 NAA 0.1 mg · L-1 + 6-BA 0.8 mg · L-1 MS;最适生根培养基为 IBA 0.5 mg · L-1、 NAA 0.6 mg · L-1、GGR6 mg · L-1,生根率为 86.0%,形成了可以进行产业化的香花崖豆藤组织培养技术。

Abstract:
Using stem segment of Millettia dielsiana as explants, the influence factors of axillary bud proliferation and rooting in stem segment were screened by two-factor test and orthogonal test, and the rapid propagation system of stem segment was established. The results showed that NAA 0.1 mg · L-1 + 6-BA 0.8 mg · L- 1 MS was the optimal medium for axillary bud proliferation culture of stem segment. The optimal rooting medium was IBA 0.5 mg · L1 , NAA 0.6 mg · L-1 and GGR6 mg · L-1, and the rooting rate was 86.0%. The technology of tissue culture of M. dielsiana has been developed.
