构树Broussonetia papyrifera 在药用、园林、造纸、造林等方面都有较大的应用,特别是采用现代育种技术培育的新品种“杂交构树”,更是保留了原有构树的优良性状,而且在速生、丰产、多抗、适口性好、蛋白质含量高等方面有更突出的表现,得到广泛的应用。本研究通过设置不同土壤基质类型、激素浓度、穗条木质化程度,研究筛选构树插条生根的最优处理组合。研究结果表明:扦插90 d 后,不同木质化程度下的生根率大小排序为:未木质化 > 半木质化 > 完全木质化,另外在总根长、最长根长方面,未木质化的生根状况最好,而半木质化与完全木质化无显著差异;不同土壤基质类型下的生根率大小排序为:壤土(58.33%) > 沙壤土= 河沙(52.78%),河沙与沙壤土的生根状况接近,壤土最优;不同激素浓度下的生根率大小排序为:0.2‰ > 0.5‰ > 0.4‰。正交试验的结果显示,插条生根指标最优的处理组合为完全木质化 + 0.2‰激素 + 壤土,可实现生根率达75%,总根长48 cm,最长根长13 cm。 |

Effects of Different Treatments on Cuttings Rooting in Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera |

Broussonetia papyrifera has a large application in medicinal, garden, papermaking, afforestation, etc. Hybrid B. papyrifera is a new species by modern breeding techniques. It not only retains the fine characteristics of B. papyrifera, but also has a more prominent performance in terms of fast-growing, productive, resistant, good palatability and high protein content, so it has been widely used. By studying the effect of the different soil matrix types, the hormone concentration and degree of lignification on cuttings rooting, the optimal treatment combination was selected. The results showed that after 90 d of cutting, the root rate size under different degree of lignification was sorted as: not lignification > half lignification > complete lignification, and in terms of total root length, maximum root length, not lignification was the best, and the cuttings rooting of half lignification complete lignification were close; The root rate size under different soil matrix types was sorted as: loam (58.33%) >sandy loam soil=river sand (52.78%). The cuttings rooting of river sand and sandy loam soil were close, and loam was optimal; the rooting rate size under different hormone concentration was sorted as: 0.2‰ > 0.5‰ > 0.4‰ . The results of the orthogonal test showed that the optimal treatment combination of the cuttings rooting indicator was complete lignification + 0.2 ‰ + loam (the rooting rate was 75%, the total root length was 48 cm, and the
