盐胁迫对苦郎树种子萌发特性的影响

摘要:
为了研究不同浓度盐胁迫对苦郎树种子 Clerodendrum inerme 萌发特性的影响,对不同浓度 NaCl 溶液处理下的苦郎树种子进行萌发试验,分析测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、 成活率和幼苗根长、苗长等指标。结果表明:0.5%NaCl 胁迫下,苦郎树种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指 数、活力指数均优于对照,随着 NaCl 浓度的增加(> 0.5%),苦郎树种子的初始发芽时间和萌发高峰均 随之推迟,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、苗长均呈逐渐下降趋势。低浓度(≤ 0.5%)对 苦郎树幼苗发育的生长不构成威胁,高浓度 NaCl(> 0.5%)胁迫对苦郎树植株的伸长生长有显著的抑制 作用。苦郎树种子能在 0.5% 的盐浓度下正常萌发、生长良好。

Effects of Salt Stress on Germination Characteristics of Clerodendrum inerme Seeds

Abstract:
The variation of Clerodendrum inerme seed germination indices under the treatment of different contents of NaCl were analyzed.The seed germination of C. inerme treated with NaCl solution of different concentration was studied.Seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, survival rate and seedling root length, seedling length, root-shoot ratio were analyzed. The results showed that under 0.5% NaCl stress, the seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index of C. inerme were better than those of the control. With the increase of NaCl concentration (>0.5%), the initial germination time and germination peak of C. inerme seeds were delayed, and the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, root length and seedling were also delayed. The length showed a gradual downward trend. Low concentration ( ≤ 0.5%) did not pose a threat to the growth of C. inerme seedlings, while high concentration of NaCl (>0.5%) significantly inhibited the elongation growth of C. inerme seedlings. C. inerme seeds can germinate normally and grow well at 0.5% salt concentration.
