防治光肩星天牛膏剂的制备及保湿性能研究

摘要:
根据光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis)的钻蛀性习性,利用噻虫林和 PPTE(2- 苯基 -1- (5-(2- 苯乙炔基 ) 噻吩 -2- 基)乙酮)为有效成分,制备防治天牛的 10% 噻虫林 · PPTE 膏剂,并提出该 膏剂的施用方法。本研究通过借鉴中药和化妆品领域的研究方法,采用体外称重法,与保湿剂甘油和透 明质酸进行比较,研究膏剂的保湿效果。体外吸湿试验结果表明:在干燥硅胶、相对湿度 43% 和相对湿 度 81% 的环境中,吸湿性均表现为甘油>膏剂>透明质酸;并且甘油和膏剂都表现出在相对低湿环境中 吸湿率更高,即在 43% 湿度环境中吸湿效果比 81% 湿度环境中好。体外保湿试验结果表明在干燥硅胶和 相对湿度 43% 的低湿环境中,保湿性均表现为甘油>膏剂>透明质酸。所研究制备的膏剂外观性状良好, 保湿效果优于透明质酸,而弱于甘油,具有优异的保湿效果;药效试验表明所制备的 10% 噻虫啉 · PPTE 膏剂对光肩星天牛 42 d 的防效达 86.32%,具有优异的防治效果。

Preparation and Moisturizing Properties of Control Anoplophora glabripennis

Abstract:
According to the drill habit of Anoplophora glabripennis, the active ingredients (thiacloprid, PPTE) was used to prepare the 10% thiacloprid · PPTE ointment preparation for the targeted control of A. glabripennis, and the application method of the ointment was proposed. This study studied the moisturizing effect of the ointment by taking advantage of the research methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and cosmetics with the in vitro weighing method and compared with the commonly used glycerin and hyaluronic acid. The results of in vitro aspiration test showed that in the environment where the relative humidity was dry silica gel, 43% and 81%, the hygroscopicity was glycerol>ointment>hyaluronic acid; and both glycerin and ointment showed more moisture absorption rate in relatively low humidity environment. In other words, the moisture absorption effect in the 43% humidity environment was better than the 81% humidity environment. The results of in vitro moisturizing test showed that in the low humidity environment of dry silica gel and 43%, the moisturizing performance was glycerin>ointment>hyaluronic acid. The ointment preparation prepared in this testhas good appearance, moisturizing effect was better than hyaluronic acid, and lower than glycerin, but the overall moisturizing effect was satisfactory. The efficacy test showed that 10% thiacloprid · PPTE ointment preparation had excellent control effects on A. glabripennis and its control effect was 86.32%.
