不同贮藏条件对4种金合欢种子活力的影响

摘要:
为了解低温和室温贮藏条件对 4 种金合欢 (Acacia podalyriifolia, A.boormanii, A. cultriformis, A. adunca) 种子活力的影响,采用浓硫酸拌种 5 min+100 ℃沸水烫种处理银叶金合欢、迎春金合欢、刀叶金 合欢 3 种种子及浓硫酸拌种 1 min+80 ℃热水烫种处理金雨金合欢种子,破除种子硬实促使种皮软化,用 红墨水染色测定其活力、置砂床测定其发芽率。结果表明:随贮藏时间的延长,其种子活力与发芽率呈 明显下降趋势,室温贮藏的下降速度快于低温贮藏,下降最快的是室温贮藏的金雨金合欢,2 年种子活力 下降达 55.8%,发芽率下降达 55.9%,下降最慢是低温贮藏的迎春金合欢,2 年活力下降仅为 12.8%,发 芽率下降仅为 26.4%;几种金合欢种子,室温与低温贮藏对比,贮藏 1 年,种子活力下降率差异达到显著 以上水平的有迎春金合欢、金雨金合欢和银叶金合欢(P < 0.05),贮藏 2 年,差异性达到显著水平有金 雨金合欢、迎春金合欢和刀叶金合欢(P < 0.05);在种子发芽率方面,贮藏 1 年,差异达到显著以上水 平只有金雨金合欢(P < 0.05),贮藏 2 年,差异达到显著以上水平仅有迎春金合欢(P < 0.05)。种子活 力与发芽率间存在极显著正相关(P < 0.01)。

Effects of Four Acacia Seeds Vitality under Different Storage Conditions

Abstract:
In order to test the effects of under low temperature and room temperature storage conditions on the vitality of 4 kinds of Acacia seeds, Acacia podalyriifolia, Acacia boormanii, Acacia cultriformis were measured by sulfuric acid seed dressing 5 min + 100 °C boiling water soaking for seed coat softening, and Acacia adunca be measured by sulfuric acid seed dressing 1 min + 80 °C hot water soaking. The seed were measured by red ink staining for vitality and sand bed determination for germination. The results showed that the seed vitality and germination decreased with the prolongation of storage time, and the decline rate of storage at room temperature was more severe than that of low temperature storage; the decline rate of storage at room temperature of A. adunca was maximum; at the second year of storage, the net decline rate of seed vitality of A. adunca was 55.8%, and the net decline rate of germination of A. adunca was 55.9%; The decline rate of storage at low temperature of A. boormanii was lowest; at the second year of storage, the net decline rate of seed vitality of A. boormanii was 12.8%, and the net decline rate of germination of A. boormanii was 26.4%; Several kinds of Acacia seeds were compared with room temperature and low temperature storage , at the first year of storage, the decline rate of seed vitality of A. boormanii、A. adunca and A. podalyriifolia were significantly difference between room temperature storage and low temperature storage (P<0.05); at the second year of storage, the decline rate of seed vitality of A. adunca、A. boormanii and A. cultriformis were significantly difference between room temperature storage and low temperature storage (P<0.05). At the first year of storage, the decline rate of germination of A. adunca was significantly difference between room temperature storage and low temperature storage (P<0.05); at the second year of storage, the decline rate of germination of A. boomanii was significantly difference between room temperature storage and low temperature storage (P<0.05). The net decline rate of seed vitality and germination rate was a significant positive correlation (P<0.01).
