3种植物生长调节剂对楝叶吴萸叶绿素荧光和根系生长的影响

摘要:
以楝叶吴萸 Evodia glabrifolia 为材料进行植物生长调节剂的根部灌溉处理,探讨了 50、100、 150 mg/L 共 3 个浓度梯度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和 ABT-3 号生根粉(ABT-3)对楝叶吴萸幼苗叶绿素荧光(PSⅡ实际量子产量 Y(Ⅱ)、相对电子传递效率 ETR、非光化学淬灭系数 NPQ)、根系活力、根系形态指标(根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、根系平均直径)的影响。试验结果表明:3 种植物生长调节剂在适宜浓度处理下均能够促进楝叶吴萸的实际光能转换效率和根系活力,其中 50 mg/L的 IAA 是最佳的处理,能够显著增进楝叶吴萸的根系生长,尤其是对根系还原强度有着较好的促进作用,并能够增强楝叶吴萸对光能的利用能力和光保护能力,促进植株的生长发育。

Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Chlorophyll Fluorescence and Root Growth of Evodia glabrifolia

Abstract:
With Evodia glabrifolia as the materialc to the root of plant growth regulator irrigation treatment, discussing the three concentration (50, 100, 150 mg/L) of 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA),indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and ABT-3 root powder (ABT-3) of the seedlings of E. glabrifolia’s chlorophyll ?uorescence (PSⅡ actual quantum yield Y (Ⅱ)、the relative electron transfer ef?ciency ETR、 non-photochemical quenching coef?cient NPQ) 、root vigor、index of root morphology(root length、root surface area、the root volume、root average diameter), in order to provide reference for the reasonable cultivation of E. glabrifolia. Three kinds of plant growth regulator in the appropriate concentration treatment were able to promote the actual light energy conversion ef?ciency and root activity of E. glabrifolia, 50 mg/L of IAA was the best treatment who can signi?cantly increase the root growth of E. glabrifolia, especially in root reduction intensity, and can promote the E. glabrifolia light utilization ability and light protection ability, thus promote the overall growth and development of plants.
