省道S221线大埔县段公路改建工程对广东五虎山森林 公园生态影响评价

摘要:
采用综合指数法和系统分析法相结合的定量与定性分析方法,进行了省道 S221 线大埔县段公 路改建工程对广东五虎山森林公园生态影响评价。结果表明,施工前,评价区生态环境影响综合评价指数(EIa)为 0.56,质量等级为良,施工后,EIb 为 0.50,质量等级为一般,变化幅度 |△EI | 为 0.06,为影响明显;其中,景观优势度、植物多样性、动物多样性、水质变化值 |△EI | ≤ 0.01,为无明显变化,质量等级在施工前后都分别为良、一般、一般、优;生物量、生产力变化值 |△EI | 分别为 0.03、0.04,都为略有变化,质量等级在施工前后都分别为一般、差;对土壤退化因子影响最大,|△EI | 为 0.45,影响显著,质量等级由施工前良变化为施工后一般。工程会对广东五虎山森林公园生态质量产生明显影响。

Abstract:
In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative analysis method combining the comprehensive index method and the system analysis method is used to carry out the ecological impact assessment of the Guangdong Wuhushan Forest Park on the S221 line Dapu County section highway reconstruction project. The results show that before the construction, the comprehensive evaluation index (EIa) of the ecological environment impact in the assessment area is 0.56, the quality grade is good, after construction, the EIb is 0.50, the quality grade is medium, and the variation range |△EI ︳ is 0.06, which is a obvious change;meanwhile, Landscape dominance, plant diversity, animal diversity, water quality change value |△EI | ≤ 0.01, no significant change, quality grade before and after construction are good, medium, medium, excellent; biomass, productivity change value | △ EI |is 0.03 and 0.04 respectively, both of which are slightly changed. The quality grades are generally and poorly before and after construction; the greatest impact on soil degradation factor, |△EI | is 0.45, the effect is significant, Due to construction, quality changes from good to medium. The project will have a obvious impact on the ecological quality of the Wuhushan Forest Park in Guangdong.
