红豆杉枝叶干燥及贮存工艺研究*

摘要:
研究了红豆杉(Taxus chinensis)鲜枝叶采收后的干燥、贮存方式及贮存期限对枝叶中有效 产物10-DAB Ⅲ和紫杉醇含量的影响,结果表明:(1)采用不同干燥方法处理时,红豆杉样品中10DAB Ⅲ、紫杉醇含量具有显著差异(P<0.05)。同一温度干燥时,干燥时间越长,样品中 10-DAB Ⅲ和紫 杉醇含量下降越快;在一定温度范围内(约25~100℃)干燥时,干燥温度越高,则干燥时间越短。产物 含量与枝叶干燥时间和温度呈负相关;(2)贮存期间发生霉变的红豆杉鲜枝叶和枝叶干粉其产物含量均 会逐渐降低,且新鲜枝叶中产物含量降低较快;(3)贮存期间红豆杉枝叶中10-DAB Ⅲ产物较紫杉醇不 稳定,更易受环境条件影响而降解。(4)长期贮存的红豆杉枝叶的含水量应控制在 10% 以内,贮存环境 应该阴凉、干燥,且贮存时间不宜超过 1 a。

Abstract:
The impacts of drying methods, storage methods and storage time on the content of 10-DAB Ⅲ and paclitaxel, in the fresh branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis were studied. The results showed that: (1) The contents of 10-DAB Ⅲ and paclitaxel in Taxus chinensis samples treated by different drying methods were significantly different(P < 0.05). At the same temperature, the longer drying time meant the 10DAB Ⅲ and praclitaxel losing more content in the sample. Under certain temperature (about 25 to 100 ℃), the drying time shortened when the temperature increased. And the effective product""s content was negatively correlated with both the drying time and the temperature. (2) The content of the effective constituent gradually decreased after the fresh branches, leaves and theirs dry powder were mildewed. And the content of effective constituent in fresh branches and leaves decreased faster than in dry powder.(3) During storage time, 10-DABIII was more unstable than taxol, which was more susceptible to be degraded under the in?uence of environmental conditions.(4) The water content of T. chinensis should be controlled within 10% during in the long-term storage. The storage environment should be cool and dry, the storage time should not exceed one year.
