水肥处理对不同尾叶桉无性系SPAD值和生长量的影响

摘要:
以 31 个尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)无性系为材料,采用 2 因素 ( 水分、养分 )3 水平完全 随机区组设计,对水肥胁迫 3 个月、6 个月和 9 个月的尾叶桉苗木树高、地径、冠幅和 SPAD 值进行分 析。研究结果表明:尾叶桉不同性状在不同水肥处理下差异显著,表明水分、养分和水分与养分互作会 影响生长性状和 SPAD 值。生长性状和 SPAD 值大多数呈显著或极显著正相关,无性系间叶片 SPAD 值、 树高、地径、冠幅均有显著差异(P<0.05),说明不同无性系具有不同的抗性能力。通过对树高、地径、 冠幅和 SPAD 基因型值进行综合评价,筛选出 7 个表现优良的无性系分别为 29、18、20、27、30、21 和 25,可在生产上推广应用。

Effects of Different Water and Nutrient on SPAD Values and Growth of Eucalyptus urophylla

Abstract:
In this study, we selected 31 clones as materials by using a randomized complete block design according two factors and three levels. The height, diameter, crown and SPAD values of Eucalyptus urophylla seedlings were under water and fertilizer stress for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months were analyzed. The results showed that different characters of E. urophylla were significantly different under different water and nutrient treatments, indicating that the interaction of water, nutrients and water and nutrients interaction could affect the growth traits and SPAD value. Most of the growth traits and SPAD value were significant positive correlation, and the SPAD value, tree height, ground diameter and crown width of the clones were significantly different (P<0.05), indicating that different clones have different resistance ability. Therefore, seven excellent clones, 29, 18, 20, 27, 30, 21 and 25 can be selected based on height, ground diameter, crown and SPAD values in production.
