植物体细胞胚胎(SE)发生作为上世纪中叶以来最强大的生物技术之一,相比其它无性繁殖
方法,具有诸多优势。松树是世界上重要的商品林树种,松树 SE 研究是开展松树育种与繁育的热门领
域。文章综述了松树 SE 的研究历程,对松属树种的 SE 发生情况进行了归纳;详细阐述了体胚发生技术
在松树新品系选育 ( 包括无性系林业及遗传改良 )、苗木扩繁、遗传转化及杂种后代胚拯救方面的应用实
例,以期为 SE 技术在松树上的利用提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Plant somatic embryogenesis (SE), one of the most powerful biotechnologies since the middle
of the last century, has many advantages over other methods of asexual reproduction. Pinus spp. is an important
commercial forest tree species in the world. SE research of pine trees has become a hot research topic in pine
tree breeding and propagation, and SE occurrences of Pinus species and varieties were summarized. This study
reviewed the research course of somatic embryogenesis in pine. The application of SE techniques in breeding,
including clonal forestry and genetic improvement, genetic transformation of new pine strains and embryo rescue
of hybrid progenies were described in detail, which provided references for the use of pine SE technology |
