采用DA7250型二极管阵列结合的近红外成分分析仪,对160个样本的光谱数据进行分析,建立了近红外法无损测定其基本密度的模型。根据采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立分析模型,进行了准确性验证。实验表明:近红外光谱法同标准分析方法之间,无显著性差异,可以用于近红外光谱法尾叶桉的基本密度指标的无损测定,为我国尾叶桉良种选育提供了一种快速、简单、准确、低成本的测试方法。 |

160 samples of Eucalyptus urophylla were analysed by near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy DA7250. And a model for non-destructive determination of basic density was established. Based on the chemical analysis data and partial least squares (PLS) analysis, the model was established and the verification accuracy was also carried out. It showed that: there was no significant difference between near-infrared spectroscopy and standard analytical methods. The non-destructive determination by near-infrared spectroscopy can be used for non-destructive determination on content of basic density from Eucalyptus urophylla, which could provide a quick, accurate and low-cost test method for our country’s good breeding. |
