南岭山区杉木大径材高效培育土壤本底调查分析

为了有针对性地实施杉木大径材高效培育技术研究,在新造林、中龄林和近熟林三种林分中设置杉木大径材培育试验,试验前进行土壤养分、微生物和酶活性的本底调查分析,以了解不同试验地土壤基本情况。调查结果表明,参照“全国第二次土壤普查养分分级标准”进行养分分级评价,近熟林试验地土壤养分处于中等水平,而中龄林试验地和新造林试验地土壤养分则处于较低水平,因此在大径材培育试验过程中,应重点关注土壤养分的补充和维持,在保证充足、均衡肥料的施放的前提下,使试验地有足够的养分供杉木大径材培育所需。不同试验地的土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量有一定的差异,但没达到显著水平。氧化氢酶、磷酸酶和脲酶三种土壤酶的活性在新造林、中龄林和近熟林的不同试验地间差异达到显著水平。土壤本底调查结果对杉木大径材高效培育试验具有重要的参考和指导作用。

Abstract:
s: To focus on the implementation of efficient cultivation of large-timber of Chinese fir, soil samples were collected in types of forest stand, which included new plantation, middle-age and closely mature forest, background survey analyses of soil fertility was carried out for efficient cultivation. The results showed that, comparing to the “national second soil screening nutrition classification standard” , soil fertility in closely mature forest was classified as median level, while relatively low level was found in new plantation and middle-age forest. So more attention should be paid for fertile supplement and maintenance to meet the great demand for cultivation of large-timber of Chinese fir. Results from soil microbe analyses indicated that disparity for bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes was found in different types of forest stand,but not significant statistically. Results from soil enzyme activity analyses indicated that significant level difference for catalase, phosphatase and urease was existed in those three kinds of forest stand. All these results provided important referrence and guidance for efficient cultivation of large-timber of Chinese fir in Nanling Mountains.
