6种装配式墙体绿化植物的耐热性研究

摘要:
为筛选适宜的植物应用到装配式墙体绿化中。以鸭脚木、花叶鸭脚木、花叶红背桂、红背桂、花叶假连翘、金叶假连翘为试验材料,通过人工气候室模拟高温环境进行胁迫试验,以25℃为对照,设置35℃,40℃,45℃,55℃共4个梯度,研究高温胁迫下6种植物耐热生理指标丙二醛、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的变化情况,观察植株形态,计算各生理指标的耐热系数并进行主成分分析,最后用隶属函数法对6种植物的耐热性进行综合评价。通过隶属函数综合评价分析得出,6种植物的耐热隶属函数值各不相同,如在45℃下的排序结果为花叶红背桂>鸭脚木>红背桂>金叶假连翘>花叶假连翘>花叶鸭脚木。综合评价筛选红背桂、花叶红背桂、鸭脚木适合应用于装配式垂直绿墙。

Abstract:
Screening suitable plants for the application of prefabricated wall greening. This study aimed to select Schefflera octophylla, Schefflera odorata, Excoecaria bicolor so on six kinds of plants as experimental materialsas investigated, through the artificial climate chamber simulate high temperature environment for stress test, At 25°C as the control, total 4 gradients were set at 35°C, 40°C, 45°C and 55°C, It study the changes in content of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline 6 kinds of plants under high temperature stress, observation of plant external morphological changes, The heat resistance coefficients of each physiological index were calculated and principal component analysis was performed, Finally, the membership function method was used to evaluate the heat resistance of six plants. Through the comprehensive evaluation of membership function analysis, the heat resistance membership values of six plants were different, Ranking at 45°C is Excoecaria bicolor>Schefflera octophylla>Excoecaria cochinchinensis>Duranta repens>Duranta repens cv>Schefflera odorata. Comprehensive evaluation of the selection, the Excoecaria cochinchinensis, Excoecaria bicolor, Schefflera octophylla suitable for use in the assembly of vertical green walls .
