白蜡新品种抗寒生理指标变化及综合评价

摘要:
以6 个白蜡(Fraxinus spp.)新品种的3 a 生枝条为试材,采用人工模拟低温环境的方法,对 其低温胁迫下各品种的相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及可溶性糖、可 溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定,同时以白蜡枝条各项生理指标作为衡量抗寒性 的指标,利用主成分分析、隶属函数和聚类分析对白蜡各品种的抗寒性进行综合评价,旨在研究新选育 白蜡新品种的抗寒适应性。结果表明:不同低温胁迫下,相对电导率呈上升趋势,拟合Logistic 方程得 出6 个白蜡品种的LT50;各生理指标间表现出不同的变化趋势,其中SOD 活性、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸 和MDA 呈现出低– 高– 低的单峰曲线,而POD 活性和可溶性糖含量总体上呈上升趋势。根据抗寒能力 (D 值)大小对6 个白蜡新品种的抗寒性进行综合排序为:鲁蜡2 号(Fraxinus velutina ""Lula Erhao"")> 鲁 蜡1 号(F. velutina ""Lula Yihao"")> 鲁蜡5 号(F. pennsylvanica ""Lula Wuhao"")> 鲁蜡4 号(F. velutina ""Lula Sihao"")> 鲁蜡3 号(F. velutina ""Lula Sanhao"")> 鲁蜡6 号( F. pennsylvanica ""Lula Liuhao"")

Physiological Indices of Cold Resistance on New Variety of Fraxinus and Its Comprehensive Evaluation

Abstract:
Three-year-old branches of six new variety of Fraxinus were used as materials and were controlled in the artificial cryogenic environment. The activity of relative electrical conductivity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured, and these physiological indices of branches were used as measurement indices of cold resistance. Principal component analysis, membership function and cluster analysis were applied to evaluating the cold resistance of new species of Fraxinus. Results showed that under different cold stresses, the relative electrical conductivity showed a trend of rising, and the LT50 of six variety of Fraxinus were calculatedby Logistics; The physiological indices showed different trends, the activity of SOD, soluble protein, proline and MDA showed a low-high-low single-peak curve, but the activity of POD and content of soluble sugar showed a trend of rising as a whole. According to the cold hardiness (D), the comprehensive sequence of cold resistance of six new variety of Fraxinus was: Lula Erhao > Lula Yihao > Lula Wuhao > Lula Sihao > Lula Sanhao > Lula Liuhao.
