粤北杉木第二代种子园子代遗传测定与选择

摘要:
为选育粤北杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)栽培区优良杉木二代家系,为高世代育种准备优 良遗传材料,对 15 a 生的杉木二代家系测定林进行生长调查,检测数据满足方差齐性,方差分析结果表 明,家系与重复互作效应不显著,家系效应差异显著。遗传参数估算结果显示,树高、胸径和材积的家 系和单株遗传力分别为 0.186 和 0.028、 0.252 和 0.046、 0.274 和 0.048。以“先开展优良家系选择,再选 出优良家系中的最优单株”的选择途径,选出优良家系 4 个,优良单株 7 个,并进行收集保存,观察确 定是优良材料后可补充杉木遗传繁殖材料。

Genetic Test and Selection of Progenies from Second-generation Seed Orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata in Northern Guangdong Province

Abstract:
In order to select the superior Cunninghamia lanceolata families in north Guangdong province, and prepare excellent genetic resource for the higher generation breeding, the growth investigation of 15-yearold C. lanceolata second generation pedigree was conducted. Bartlett test proved the data meet normality. The ANOVA results showed that there were no significant effect between pedigree and repeat interaction, and the pedigree effect was significantly different. Estimation of genetic parameter showed that the family and individual heritability of tree height, DBH and volume were 0.186 and 0.028, 0.252 and 0.046, 0.274 and 0.048, respectively. Superior family selection firstly, and then select the most superior individual within the superior family, these were the main method in this study. Four superior families and seven superior individuals were selected and collected for collection and preservation. After observation, it was confirmed that they were excellent materials and could be supplemented with C. lanceolata propagation materials.
