| 为了解不同浸种时间下马尾松(Pinus massoniana) 种子发芽的差异，对马尾松种子采用21℃清水分别浸泡12、24、48、72、96、120 和144 h 处理后培养，结果表明：浸泡24、48、72、96 和120 h 的马尾松种子发芽率较高，此5 个处理间发芽率差异不显著，而浸泡12 和144 h 的马尾松种子发芽率较低，此2 个处理分别与其他处理差异显著（P ＜ 0.05）。综合7 个处理的发芽势和发芽指数可知，室温22 ℃，水温21 ℃时，浸泡48 h 的马尾松种子发芽效果最好。采用10 种曲线拟合，3 个发芽指标均为三次曲线拟合度最高。 |

| In order to study the different effects of germination of Pinus massoniana seeds under different soaking time, the seeds of Masson pine were immersed in water at 21℃ for 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 and 144 h, respectively, then plated in culture dishes. The results showed that: The germination percentage of seeds soaked for 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 h were higher, but the difference was not significant among the above five soaking treatments. After soaking for 12 h or 144 h, the germination rate was relatively low. Both 12-hour soaking time and 144-hour soaking time were significant different from other five kinds of seed soaking time (P ＜ 0.05). Based on germination energy and germination index of P. massoniana seeds immersed in seven different soaking periods, it can be included that 48 h is the most appropriate soaking period. The fitting degree of the cubic of three germination indexes is the targest by comparing with 10 curves fitting. |
