火炬松种子园无性系花粉产量变异研究

摘要:
为探讨火炬松(Pinus taeda)无性系花粉产量的变异,在火炬松1.5 代种子园选出20 个无性系, 每无性系5 株,共100 株火炬松作为研究材料,调查胸径、树高、冠幅和花粉量,通过对比单株花粉量、 单位面积花粉量和单位面积有效花粉量来筛选高花粉产量的无性系。结果表明, 单株花粉量与冠幅呈显著 正相关(P<0.05),单株花粉量最高的是243 无性系,为1 302.55 g;单位面积花粉产量最高的是201 无性 系,为36.70 g/m2;单位面积有效花粉量最高的是243 无性系,为34.14 g/m2;花粉活力最大的是298 无性系, 为100%。火炬松种子园的花粉产量变异主要来源于无性系间,最终筛选出243、201 和298 无性系3 个优 良无性系。

Abstract:
In order to study the variation of pollen yield of the Pinus taeda clones, 20 clones were selected from the 1.5 generation seed orchard of P. taeda, 5 strains of each clone, and 100 strains of loblolly pine were used as research materials. The DBH, tree height, crown width and the pollen yield were investigated. The clones of high pollen yield were screened by comparing the pollen yield of single plant, the pollen yield per unit area and the effective pollen yield per unit area. The pollen yield of single plant was positively correlated with the crown width(P<0.05), and the highest amount of pollen in a single plant was NO.243 clone, which was 1 302.55 g; The highest amount of pollen per unit area was NO.201 clones, which was 36.70 g/m2; The NO.243 clone had the highest effective pollen yield per unit area, which was 34.14 g/m2; The NO.298 clone was the most active one, which was 100%. The variation of pollen yield in the seed orchard of P. taeda was mainly derived from the clones, and finally screened out 3 superior clones, which were NO.243, NO.201 and NO.298 clones.
