广东麻竹制备竹重组材可行性

摘要:
以梅州市丰顺县埔寨镇 ( 粤东 )、云浮市新兴县簕竹镇(粤西)、英德市英红镇(粤北) 3 个产 地的麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)为研究对象,从竹秆形态、竹材疏解效果和压制的板材性能 3 方面 对广东省麻竹制备竹重组材的可行性进行了分析。结果表明,英德地区麻竹尖削度和竹壁厚度最小,其 次是新兴和丰顺地区的麻竹;英德和新兴地区麻竹竹秆平均利用长度为 10 m 左右,丰顺地区麻竹为 7.5 m 左右; 3 个地区麻竹疏解得到的竹束吸水率均大于 100%;压制的竹重组材吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)、弹 性模量(MOE)、静曲强度(MOR)和水平剪切强度(HSS)均达到合格品以上等级,麻竹重组材的吸水 厚度膨胀率、弹性模量和静曲强度优于毛竹重组材;英德和新兴地区麻竹压制的竹重组材性能优于丰顺 地区的麻竹重组材。

Abstract:
Preparation feasibility of bamboo scrimber made by Dendrocalamus latiflorus cut from Fengshun region, Xingxing region, and Yingde region in Guangdong province were studied according to culm morphology, quality of bamboo scrimber boundle and physical and mechanical properties of the product. Result showed that bamboo with the best acuminate intensity and thickness variation was from northern Guangdong province in Yingde region, the next was from Xingxing and Fengshun region respectively. The available length of bamboo culm from Yingde and Xingxing region was about 10 m, and in Fengshun region the length was about 7.5 m. The qualities of D. latiflorus bundles were great whose water absorption rate were above 100%; All of the TS, MOE, MOR and HSS of bamboo scrimber made by D. latiflorus achieved the standard request. But the properties of bamboo scrimber made by D. latiflorus cut from Yingde and Xingxing region were better than that cut from Fengshun region.
