| 文章以潮州市森林资源、生态概况以及 2004—2014 年森林火灾发生数据为基础，分析森林防
火工作存在的不足。针对森林火险高风险区，提出从监测系统、指挥系统、队伍建设和储备力量等 4 方
面进行综合治理。 |

| Based on the data of forest resources, ecological condition and forest fire in recent years of
Chaozhou, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current forest fire prevention work. Aiming at the high risk
area of forest fire risk, this paper puts forward the comprehensive countermeasures from four aspects: monitoring
system, command system, team building and reserve force. |
