杉木组培苗采穗圃早期生长分析

摘要:
运用杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolate)组培苗营建采穗圃,通过采穗扦插繁殖的方式,扩大遗传 品质优良的组培苗木繁殖系数。在采穗圃内随机设计3 个样圆,统计样园内采穗母株的地径和萌条数量, 分析组培苗采穗圃早期生长。结果表明,样方间采穗母株地径和萌条数量早期表现较为一致;方差分析结 果表明样圆间地径和萌条数差异不显著,印证营建采穗圃的杉木组培苗来自相同无性系,遗传差异不显著, 表现一致性。

Abstract:
In this experiment, the tissue culture seedling of Cunninghamia lanceolate was used to build the cutting orchard through the way of cutting orchard establishment and cutting propagation technology, which could expended the propagation coefficient of high genetic quality tissue culture seedlings. Three circle samples were randomly selected from the cutting orchard, and the diameter on ground high (DGH) and the quantity of coppice shoot were measured to analysis the early growth of cutting orchard. The results showed that the performance of DGH and the quantity of coppice shoot among each sample were similar in the early stage. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) result indicated that there was no significant difference between the DGH and the quantity of coppice shoot. It was confirmed that the tissue culture seedlings of C. lanceolate were from the same clone, and the genetic differences were not significant with consistently performance.
