铁皮石斛的挂篮仿生栽培模式

摘要:
文章比较分析不同苗龄和光照强度条件下铁皮石斛(Dendrobium candidum)挂篮培育的生长 变化,以筛选铁皮石斛挂篮培育的最佳条件。结果表明,利用铁皮石斛 0.5 a 生驯化苗在疏林下(郁闭度 50%~85%)进行挂篮培育,成活率为 100%,生长状况最好 , 基部芽健壮,平均数量为 7.3 个,并且没有 高位芽长出。研究建立了铁皮石斛人工仿生栽培模式。

Abstract:
 This paper made a comparative analysis of changes in growth in various ages and light intensity of Dendrobium candidum, which was under the hanging basket of bionic cultivation mode, and screened out the best conditions for the cultivation of D. candidum. The result showed that the half-year domesticated seedlings cultivated under the shade rate of 50%-85% showed the best growth state and the survival rate was 100%. The base buds were strong and the average number was 7.3. Besides, there were no high buds growing out. The study established the artificial bionic cultivation mode of D. candidum.
