| 摘要: |
| 花叶络石( Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Variegatum’) 幼 嫩 茎 段 为 外 植 体 ，研 究 了 不 同 消 毒时 间 的 外 植 体 消 毒 效 果 、 激 素 质 量 浓 度 配 比 对 腋 芽 增 殖 及 生 根 的 影 响 和 移 栽 基 质 配 比 ， 建 立 花 叶 络 石 快 速繁 殖 体 系 。 结 果 表 明 ： ０. １％升 汞 消 毒 １０ ｍｉｎ 效 果 最 好 ， 成 活 率 达 ７２％； 花 叶 络 石 腋 芽 增 殖 较 好 的 培 养 基组 合 为 ＭＳ ＋ ＢＡ２. ０ ｍｇ／ Ｌ ＋ ＮＡＡ０. ０５ ｍｇ／ Ｌ， 增 殖 倍 数 ４.２３； 最 佳 的 生 根 培 养 基 为 １／２ＭＳ ＋ ＩＢＡ０. ３ ｍｇ／ Ｌ，生 根 率 达 到 ９７. ２％； 花 叶 络 石 移 栽 较 优 的 基 质 配 比 为 蛭 石 ∶ 珍 珠 岩 ∶ 泥 炭 ＝６∶ １∶ ３， 成 活 率 达 ９３％。 |

| Abstract: |
| The axillary buds of Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Variegatum’ were selected as the research object in this study.The effects of explants disinfected at different disinfection time,the effects of hormone concentration on axillary bud proliferation and the transplanting medium were studied in order to estabilish a rapid propagation system.The resuts showed that the best sterilization time of 0.1% HgCl2 was 10 minutes,the rate of survival reached 72%..The optimum multiplication medium was MS BA2.0 mg/L NAA0.5 mg/L，the multiplication rate was 4.23.The best rooting medium was 1/2MS NAA0.03 mg/L,and the rooting rate reached 97.2%.The optimal transplantation medium was vermiculite:perlite:peat=6:1:3 and the survival rate was 93%. |
