60Co-γ辐照对越南油茶种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
本试验选取3株越南油茶(Camellia vietnamensis T.C.Huang ex Hu)种子进行60Co-γ射线处理,研究不同剂量辐照对种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。试验设置4个处理(0Gy、10Gy、20Gy、30Gy),分别统计辐射后各处理的发芽率,出苗率,苗高生长,叶绿素含量4项指标,结果表明辐射对越南油茶3号、4号发芽具有促进作用,20Gy对越南5号油茶发芽率具抑制作用;30Gy辐射对3株优树种子出苗率具明显抑制作用,同时辐射一定程度上抑制的越南油茶幼苗的生长,对3株优树幼苗叶面积生长影响不显著;辐射对3株越南油茶10组叶片叶绿素影响作用较明显,表现为降低其叶绿素含量。

Abstract:
The seeds of Three Camellia vietnamensis T.C.Huang ex Huwere irradiated by 60Co-γ radiation of 0Gy,10Gy,20Gy and 30Gy .Test set up four processing(0Gy、10Gy、20Gy、30Gy).Then the effects of radiation on germination and seedlings growth were researched after germinating.Statistics of radiation after the germination rate of each process,seelding height growth,chlorophyll content of four indicators,the result showed that radiation has promoting effect on number3、4camellia vietnamensisT.C.Huang ex Hu,besides 20Gyradiation has a inhibition effect on number5 camellia vietnamensisT.C.Huang ex Hu;30Gyradiation has a inhibition effect on the germination rate of seeds about three camellia vietnamensisT.C.Huang ex Huobviously,To some extent radiation has a inhibition effect on seelding height growth of camellia vietnamensisT.C.Huang ex Hu,at the same time it has slight effect on the groeth of leaf area about three camellia vietnamensis T.C.Huang ex Hu;radiation has effect on chlorophyll content of ten group lesf about three camellia vietnamensis T.C.Huang ex Hu obviously.It shows that radiation reduces chlorophyll content.
