60Co-γ射线辐射对油茶植株生长量及果实形态的影响*

摘要:
采用60Co-γ 射线对岑软2 号、岑软3 号、岑软11 号3 个普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)无 性系种子进行0、1 000、2 000、3 000 rad 剂量辐射处理,对连州1 号普通油茶优树种子进行0、1 000、 2 000 rad 剂量辐射处理,研究辐射对成年油茶植株树高和冠幅、果产量、果实形态等指标的影响。结果 表明:4 种油茶经60Co-γ 辐射处理后,树高、冠幅间无显著差异,且单株均能正常生长;平均单株果产 量随年份呈现明显的大小年变化,岑软2 号、岑软3 号在2014 年辐射组平均单株果产量较CK 有明显提 高,岑软11 号的年平均单株果产量在0~3 000 rad 剂量范围内随辐射剂量的增加而下降;3 000 r 辐射使岑 软11 号油茶果实纵横经减小,其他辐射组岑软11 号果实纵、横径生长均有不同程度的增长;岑软2 号 在1 000 r 辐射下果皮变薄,岑软11 号在3 000 r 辐射下果皮变薄而种皮厚度变化不明显,不同辐射组间 岑软3 号和连州1 号果皮及种皮厚度没有显著变化。

Effect of 60Co-γ Rays Irradiation Treatments on Growth and Fruit Shape of Camellia oleifera

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of 60 Co-γ rays irradiation treatments for the growth indexes, fruit indicators including its number and shape, the 60Co-γ radiation treatment was utilized for the seeds of 3 Camellia oleifera clones ( C. oleifera "Cenruan NO. 2", "Cenruan NO. 3" and "Cenruan NO. 11") via 0, 1 000, 2 000, 3 000 rad respectively and the seeds of C. oleifera ‘ Lianzhou NO. 1’ via 0, 1 000, 2 000 rad respectively. The result showed that there were no significant effects on the tree height and canopy of four camellia trees under different 60Co-γ radiation treatments and individual trees grew normally. The average single yield of four camellia trees under different 60Co-γ radiation treatments showed the high-low trend in every two year, in which the average single yield of "NO.2" and "NO.3" in 2014 radiation group had increased obriusly compared with CK, and "NO.11" dropped as while the 60Co-γ radiation increased to the range of 0~3 000 rad. 3 000 rad could make fruit diameter of C. oleifera "Cenruan NO. 11" decreased. The peel coats of C. oleifera "Cenruan NO. 2" was thinner under 1 000 rad while the seed coat of C. oleifera "Cenruan NO. 11" remained, and its peel was thinner under 3 000 rad. There were no sicnificant variation on peel and seed coat thickness of "Cenruan NO.3" and "Lianzhou No.1" in different radiation group.
