为探讨中水灌溉对城市绿地植物生长的影响,采用盆栽模拟对比试验,研究4 种常用绿地植物
在不同灌溉方式下的叶片相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、总叶绿素含量指标值的相对变化,
结果表明,中水灌溉后金叶女贞(Ligustrum vicaryi)总叶绿素含量升幅相对较大,相对电导率、游离脯
氨酸含量降幅相对较小,受中水灌溉的影响较小,其次是细叶萼距花(Cuphea hyssopifolia),而红叶石楠
(Photinia fraseri)受中水灌溉的影响相对较大,表明不同植物对于中水灌溉的适应性是不同的,短期中水
灌溉有利于金叶女贞的生长。 |

Study on Effect of Different Reclaimed Water Irrigation to the Resistance Physiology of Green Speace Plants |

Abstract: |
In order to investigate the effect of reclaimed water irrigation to the growth of green space plants,
the pot experiments were applied and the changes of relative conductivity, free-proline content, malondialdehyde
content and chlorophyll content to 4 kinds of greenbelt plant were studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll
content relative value of Ligustrum vicaryi was higher than others, and the content of relative conductivity, the
content of free proline content relative values were lower than others, which showed that irrigated by reclaimed
water had a little influence; and the next were Duranta repens, while the effect irrigated by reclaimed water
on Photinia fraseri indexes was higher. The experimental results showed that the adaptation of different plants
to reclaimed irrigation were different, and the short-term reclaimed irrigation was beneficial to the growth of
L.vicaryi. |
