| 摘要: |
| 以红花荷（Rhodoleia championii）嫩枝为试材，进行红花荷嫩枝扦插繁殖效应研究。结果表明：穗条保留部分叶片可显著提高穗条的生根率，其中带4个半叶片的穗条生根率最高，为86.7%，其次为带2个半叶片的穗条，生根率为84.4%；多菌灵不同浓度处理对穗条生根率有显著影响（P<0.05），综合考虑，200 mg/kg浓度的多菌灵处理为最适宜浓度，生根率达81.1%；GGR生根剂处理可显著提高穗条生根率用（P<0.05），穗条生根率均达80%以上；不同扦插基质对穗条扦插生根率有显著影响（P<0.05），其中以纯黄心土作为扦插基质，生根率为80%，是最经济有效的扦插基质。 |

| In order to study effect of softwood cutting propagation of Rhodoleia championii, the softwoods of Rhodoleia championii were studied as the experimental material. The results showed that the cuttings with 2 to 4 .5pieces of leaves could improve the rooting rate significantly, and the rooting rate of cuttings with 4.5 leaves was the highest, which was 86.7%.The carbendazol treatment with different concentrations for Rhodoleia championii had significant effect on rooting rate, and the rooting rate of Rhodoleia championii was 81.1%, which was used the carbendazol with 200mg/kg concentration. The GGR treatment with different concentrations for Rhodoleia championii also had significant effect on rooting rate which was more than 80%. The different cutting substrates had significant effects on rooting rate.The pure yellow soil was the most economical and effective cutting substrate, and the rooting rate was 80%. |
