广宁红山茶果实生长特性及含油率变化的研究

摘要:
通过对广宁红山茶不同生长时间果实生长和含油率的分析,测定不同生长时间果实生长(大小)及含油率的变化,为其采果时间,提高产油量提供指导。结果表明:9月底后不同生长时间果实大小变化较小,5个单株果径均值范围为8.67 cm~9.60 cm,而在不同采果时间,广宁红山茶烘干种仁含油率及鲜果含油率有较显著差异,干籽含油率均值范围为57.90%~65.41%,鲜果含油率均值范围为2.83%~3.99%,总体趋势是油茶果生长情况在10月逐步趋于成熟、稳定,含油率随着采果时间(测试时间段内)的推迟而提高。

Abstract:
The paper studied the changes of growth (size) and oil rate in Camellia semiserrata Chi, aimed to direct the time of fruit harvesting and improve the oil rate. The result showed that the changes of fruit size between different periods of fruit harvesting was small, and the rang of mean fruit diameter of 5 test trees were 8.67 cm~9.60 cm. In addition, the oil rate of kernel and fruit had significant differences in different time of harvesting, and the ranges of kernel oil rate is 57.90%~ 64.41%, the fruit is 2.83%~3.99% . On the whole, the fruit growth of Camellia semiserrata Chi tended to be stable, and the oil rate increased with the time of fruit harvesting deferring.
