结合生产实践,在生产温室可控条件下,利用不同种类的外源激素在不同浓度和不同处理方式下对华山松(Pinus armandii)插穗进行扦插试验。结果表明,在浸泡处理下,ABT 1号生根粉在50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L浓度处理下,华山松插穗的生根成活率高,与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。在蘸根处理下,ABT 1号生根粉、吲哚—丁酸和萘乙酸之间差异不显著,但在500 mg/L、1 000 mg/L浓度处理下,华山松插条生根率较高,与对照差异显著(P<0.05)。在ABT 1号生根粉100 mg/L浸泡60 min,其生根率最高达88%,且与对照之间差异显著(P<0.05)。 |

Combined with the production practice, under the controllable conditions of producing greenhouse, The Armand pine cutting was exposed by varied exogenous hormones ( ABT 1, IBA, NAA ) which had different concentrations and treat methods(immersion and dipping), and the results showed that under the immersion treatment, the concentration with 50mg/L, 100mg/L, 200mg/L of ABT1, the survival rate of Armand pine cutting were higher than CK, which had significant effect with CK(P<0.05). under the dipping treatment, the treatment with varied ABT1, IBA and NAA, the survival rate of Armand pine cutting had nonsignificant effect, but under the dipping concentration treatment with 500mg/L, 1000mg/L, the survival rate of Armand pine cutting were high, which had significant effect with CK(P<0.05). In addition, treated by ABT1, under the 60 min immersion treatment condition, the armband pine cutting root rate was highest than other treatments, which the value were 88%, and had significant effect with CK(P<0.05). |
