		     | 采用ISSR分子标记检测海南岛青梅(Vatica mangachapoi Blanco)7 个自然居群192 株个体的遗传多样性及遗传结构。筛选的10 条ISSR 引物共扩增出清晰位点132 个,其中多态性位点130 个,多态性百分率(PPB)达98.48%。物种水平上,Nei's 基因多样性指数(H)为0.3391,Shannon多态性信息指数(I)为0.5095,总基因多样度(Ht)为0.3441,反映了很高的遗传多样性。AMOVA 分析显示,青梅的遗传变异主要存在于居群内个体间,但亦产生了相当程度的居群间遗传分化(Gst为0.332),另外 Mantel 检测表明,青梅的遗传距离与地理距离间没有显著的相关性(r<0.2),地理隔离对青梅各自然居群间的基因流影响不明显。 |

                | Genetic variation and structure of seven populations of Vatica mangachapoi in Hainan Island were investigated by Inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) method. Ten ISSR primers were used to generate 132 unambiguous loci, 130 of which were polymorphic and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 98.48%. A high level of genetic diversity was found in V. mangachapoi at the species level (Nei’s genetic diversity=0.3391,Shannon information index=0.5095, Total genetic diversity= 0.3441). The Nei’s coefficient differentiations (Gst) by ISSR was 0.3329,which showed that the main genetic 
variation of V. mangachapoi accured within populations, while a moderate level of differentiation occured among populations. According to Mantel test analysis,there is no significant correlation between genetic distance and geographic distance(r<0.2). Therefore, it might imply that geographic isolation had very limited influence on the gene flow among populations. |
