降香黄檀木材干燥特性研究

摘要:
本文利用百度试验法对降香黄檀木材的干燥特性进行研究,制定厚度为25mm的降香黄檀木材的干燥基准。研究结果表明,依据百度干燥试验中干燥缺陷及干燥速度分级标准,降香黄檀试件无内裂现象,其特性等级均为1级;截面变形和扭曲变形的特性等级均为2级;初期开裂是降香黄檀试件最主要的干燥缺陷,降香黄檀试件的干燥速度属中等水平,其特性等级均为3级;综合特性等级为3级。本实验为实际生产过程中降香黄檀干燥工艺提供理论依据。

Abstract:
The drying characteristics of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. wood was studied by 100℃ test method, and a drying schedule of 25mm thick Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. wood was formulated. The results show that, Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. specimens without internal crack, fast drying speed, the characteristics of grade to grade 1 on the basis of the drying defect level and the drying rate level of the 100℃ drying test method. The cross section deformation and distortion characteristics of grade to grade 2. The initial cracking is the main drying defects of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. specimen, the characteristics of grade to grade 3. The comprehensive properties of grade 3. Provide a theoretical basis for the practical production during the process of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. drying process.
