| Under the background of promoting the construction of ecological civilization, this paper takes an intensive study into the objectives and tasks of this new round of Afforestation Guangdong Action, and above this, it analyses the background and necessity of the optimization and upgrading of the forest ecological system layout in Guangdong province. And then, this paper suggests a method to construct the Five Forest Ecological System in details，including the general idea, objectives and tasks, function and orientation, vital construction project, policy demand and safeguard measures of this system. |
