湿加松木材防腐可处理性研究

摘要:
本文主要研究防腐处理工艺、不同离地高度和心边材三个因素对湿加松防腐可处理性的影响,研究分析结果表明上述三个试验参数对湿加松木材防腐可处理性均有显著影响。防腐处理工艺中处理时间、真空度是影响湿加松防腐可处理性的主要因素,通过适宜的防腐处理工艺可赋予湿加松木材有良好的防腐效果。湿加松心边材和枝下高部分木材(0~9.3m)防腐处理效果与湿加松木材密度分布呈明显的负相关性;离地高度9.3~11.3m处的湿加松木材,属于树冠的一部分,防腐处理效果略低于其他部位木材。

Abstract:
Preservative treatability of pinus elliottii×p.caribaea wood was studied in this paper. Results showed that both treatment processes and wood position had great effect on pinus elliottii×p.caribaea wood preservation treatability. Vacuum degree and treatment time were the main factors of wood preservation treatability; and there was an evident negative correlation between wood density and the treatability of samples from different trunk position (sap/heart wood and wood at height under branch). Samples at 9.3~11.3m above ground which belongs to a part of tree crown were more difficult to treat than other wood section.
