不同栽培基质和激素对竹节树生长及生理生化的影响研究

摘要:
试验采用2种基质、3种激素对竹节树小苗进行处理,测定其生长及生理生化指标。结果表明:基质对竹节树小苗地径、叶绿素b含量和质膜透性作用达到显著差异,对其他指标作用不显著;激素对竹节树小苗地径、质膜透性的影响差异极显著,而对其苗高、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量的影响差异不显著;对地径、苗高、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、质膜透性指标最有利的处理分别是S1-H3、S1-H2、S2-H2、S2-H3、S2-H3、S1-H1。

Effects of Different Cultivation Substrates and Hormones on the Growth and Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Carallia brachiata

Abstract:
The growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of Carallia brachiata were tested, treated with two cultivation substrates and three hormones. The results showed as follows. Different treatment of cultivation substrates has significant effects on theSground diameters and chlorophyll b as well as membrane permeability of seedlings, but it has insignificant effects on other indexes. Different treatment of hormones has significant effects on theSground diameters and membrane permeability of seedlings, but it has insignificant effects on seedling height and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll. The optimal treatment for ground diameter, seedling height, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, membrane permeability was S1-H3, S1-H2, S2-H2, S2-H3, S2-H3, S1-H1, respectively.
