应用比较形态学与PCR技术快速鉴定松材线虫及确立疫区

摘要:
松材线虫病(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)是为害松树的一种毁灭性病害。应用比较形态学,并辅助以PCR分子生物学检测技术,对广东省2004—2005年间松材线虫病监测普查过程中采集的疑似样本进行对比研究,结果表明该技术可以快速、准确鉴定松材线虫并确立疫区。

Abstract:
Pine wood nematode disease, caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, is a destructive disease to pine. In this paper, The sample of the dead tree of suspected pine wilt disease, collected in different epidemic areas of Guangdong province from 2004 to 2005 were studied. The results showed that application the technologies of comparative morphology and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) could rapid discriminate B. xylophilus, and reliably determinate epidemic areas.
