嘧啶氧磷对松材线虫的有效杀线活性

摘要:
通过24孔板测定了几种农药原药和乙醇对松材线虫的杀线活性。试验结果表明嘧啶氧磷杀线活性最高,它的致死中浓度LC50为32.65 μg/mL,95%的置信区间为25.08~42.51 μg/mL;体积分数为5%的乙醇在20 min内使94.4%的松材线虫麻痹,体积分数为10%的乙醇在90 s内将96.7%的线虫杀死。另外,松材线虫浸入供试药剂的时间越长,所测定的LC50的值越小,克百威、灭线磷、嘧啶氧磷的LC50值从24 h 到72 h分别由448.47,51.96,94.54 μg/mL降低至51.47,36.94,32.65 μg/mL。

Potent Nematicidal Activity of Pirimioxyphos against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus

Abstract:
Several pesticides and ethanol were tested against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus using 24well plate in vitro. The results showed that the most active pesticide was pirimioxyphos with LC50 value of 32.65 μg/mL, and it′s 95% confidence limit was 25.08—42.51 μg/mL; B. xylophilus were paralyzed within 20 minutes after they were immersed in the 5% ethanol, and were killed within 90 seconds after they were immersed in 10% ethanol. In addition, the longer the immersion time of the test agent against B. xylophilus, the smaller the LC50 value was, the LC50 values of carbofuran, ethoprophos, pirimioxyphos reduced from 24 to 72 h by 448.47,51.96,94.54 μg/mL to 51.47,36.94,32.65 μg/mL.
