| 4种行道树中苗与大苗定植后生长比较 |

| 摘要: |
| 对广东省东莞市丘陵片中心区盆架子、小叶榕、秋枫和桃花心木4种行道树中苗和大苗的8 a生长表现进行比较，4个树种的中苗胸径增长量均极显著大于大苗。生长表现及种植成本等综合比较结果表明，行道树种植采用中苗的做法是科学可行的。建议行道树种植不用或少用成本高、生长慢的大苗，多用中苗。 |

| Medium-sized and big-sized seedlings of Alstonia scholaris, Ficus microcarpa, Bischofia javanica and Khaya senegalensis were planted as roadside trees in centre of hilly, Dongguan 8 years ago. The growth of these seedlings were investigated and compared. The average growth of diameter at breast height of medium-sized seedlings were significantly higher than that of big-sized seedlings. The growth performance and cost of planting suggested that it is suitable and scientific to use medium-sized seedlings as roadside trees, while big-sized seedlings cost expensively and grow slowly. |
