| 广东省重点市、县林木种苗质检基础设施建设项目属生态型社会公益新建项目。项目对全省林木种苗工作和林业生态工程建设具有重要的保障意义和推动作用，切合新时期下广东省林业发展的需要。项目建设前进行风险性评估分析，制定相应的保障措施和防范预案，可以极大降低或避免风险，发挥项目效益，推动广东省林木种苗质量管理工作纳入科学化、法制化、制度化轨道。 |

| Project of forest seedling quality inspection infrastructure construction, which belongs to new project of ecological public welfare construction, was importance and great impaction to forest seedling and forest ecological construction, and fited for forest development of Guangdong in the new period. Doing risk assessment analysis and building safeguard measures and precautions before the project starts could greatly reduce or avoid risk and get the benefits by the project, and also could promote Guangdong forest seedling quality management into scientific,legal and institutionalized track. |
