| 文章从产权交易出发，紧密围绕产权交易平台的功能，初步设计了一个林业产权交易信息平台，打破传统固有的林地、林业产业资源的线下交易模式，以互联网平台化技术为基础完成数据采集、交换及信息管理。同时，多样化的功能模块可对林权林地交易及其过程中的信息、金融等服务进行集成，做到一个平台多种功能，是落实林业政策、切实服务林农的举措。\ |

| Abstract: |
| From the needs of the forestry property rights platform, focusing on the capabilities of the platform, we initially designed a forestry property rights trading information platform. This platform broke through the off line trading patterns of the traditional and inherent woodland or the forestry industry resources, based on the internet platform technology to complete the data collection, data exchange and information management. Meanwhile, the information and the finance services in the process of transaction of woodland and forest right could be integrated by the diversity of functional modules of the website，to achieve a platform for a variety of functions. And this would be a good measure to make the forest policy practicable and provide an effective service for the forest workers. |
