广东含笑嫁接试验

摘要:
探讨了砧木种类、砧木年龄以及砧木地径等对广东含笑嫁接育苗的影响,结果表明,不同砧木嫁接成活率差异不显著,均达80%以上,其中以1 a生黄兰为砧木的嫁接成活率最高,为88%。砧木种类、砧木年龄及砧木地径均显著影响嫁接苗的生长,以2 a生火力楠为砧木嫁接广东含笑效果最好,其嫁接苗长势明显优于其他砧木的嫁接苗。研究还表明,接穗的高生长与砧木地径呈正相关关系。

Grafting Experiment of Michelia guangdongensis

Abstract:
The grafting experiment of Michelia guangdongensis were carried out with different kinds, age class and ground diameter of rootstocks. The grafting survival rates of different rootstocks were more than 80%, without significantly differences. The highest survival rate was 88%, using oneyear old Michelia champaca seedling as rootstock. The kinds, age class and ground diameter of rootstock had an obvious effect on the growth of Michelia guangdongensi grafting. The seedling using two-year-old rootstock of Michelia macclurie performed better than the other rootstocks. Meanwhile, it′s found that there was a positive correlation between the height of scion and the size of ground diameter of rootstock.
