文章简要介绍了木基阻燃材料试样的制备方法,以及加速电压、放大倍数等观测条件和选择方法,从形貌观察、成分分析和微观测量三个方面总结了扫描电镜在木基材料阻燃效果和阻燃机理研究中的应用及存在的不足,指出扫描电镜观测结果的量化表征对于提高不同研究结果的可比性以及阐明阻燃机理具有指导意义。 |

Preparation of samples and observing conditions for SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)were introduced briefly, and applications of SEM in research of flame-retardant effect and mechanism of wood-based materials in the aspects of morphology observation, element distribution analysis and micro-measurement and its shortages were summarized. At last, it′s a meaningful developing trend to adopt quantitative characterization instead of qualitative photo, for compare different studies and expound flame retardant mechanism much more reliable. |
