广宁红花油茶扦插育苗技术研究

摘要:
以30 a生广宁红花油茶树中上部当年生半木质化枝条作为插穗,开展扦插基质、ABT 6浓度、插穗留芽数量和留叶量4个因素各3个水平的扦插正交试验。结果表明:扦插基质、芽的数量和留叶量对扦插成活率和生根率的影响较大,均存在显著差异;芽的数量对扦插抽梢率的影响具有显著差异,抽梢率最大为47.50%。广宁红花油茶扦插育苗的最佳组合为:50%黄心土 25%泥炭土 25%椰糠混合基质;500 mg/L ABT 6速蘸10 s;插穗选择2个以上成熟芽并保留2片全叶。

Abstract:
The cuttage of Camellia semiserrata were studied by taking the mid and upper sections of semi-lignified branches of about 30 years old C.semiserrata as the cuttings. The cutting orthogonal experiments under cutting medium, ABT-6 levels, the number of buds and the remained leaves 4 factors and 3 levels were carried out. The results show that the cutting medium, the number of buds and remained leaves had great influence on the cutting survival rate and rooting rate, and there were significant differences. The sprouting rate of cuttings reached 47.50% and was influenced by the number of bud significantly. The best treatment for culture of C.semiserrata cutting seedling is mixing medium of 50% yellow soil 25% peat soil 25% coir dust, and the cuttings with 2 whole leaves and more than 2 mature buds should be dipped quickly in 500 mg/L ABT 6 for 10 s.
